Mid LevelLTIMindtree is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvements
Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
Facilitate change management and requirement traceability
Qualification
Required
IIBA Certification (CBAP / CCBA / ECBA)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent requirement documentation and communication skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
