Senior LevelMetasys Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-discipline projects. This role ensures projects meet safety, scope, cost, schedule, quality, cash flow, and risk objectives while being delivered on time and within approved budgets.

Responsibilities
Execute approved project plans and manage all phases of project delivery
Coordinate acquisition of personnel, equipment, permits, land, and land rights
Monitor and control project safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk
Track, analyze, and communicate project performance to customers and stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure project objectives are achieved
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop and evaluate project alternatives
Lead development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and cash flow forecasts
Integrate safety, environmental, regulatory, land use, procurement, quality, reliability, and risk considerations into project plans
Lead and coordinate cross-functional, multi-discipline project teams
Support development, approval, and administration of long-term capital investment plans
Coordinate negotiation, execution, and administration of agreements with customers, vendors, contractors, and service providers
Manage project close-out activities, including final acceptance, ownership transfer, audits, true-ups, and final reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, industry standards, and local, state, and federal regulations
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of utility engineering practices, with emphasis on transmission and substation design
Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Understanding of utility accounting practices and economic analysis
Knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and equipment specifications
Familiarity with property rights and permitting requirements at local, state, and federal levels
Ability to lead, coordinate, and review work across multi-discipline teams
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an office environment with occasional field visits and out-of-town travel
