This role involves owning net-new revenue in financial services, creating pipeline through various strategies, and navigating complex financial institutions to close deals.

Responsibilities

Own net-new revenue in financial services by developing and executing territory and account penetration strategies
Create pipeline through outbound prospecting, multi-threading, partner-driven motions, and executive-level relationship building
Lead consultative discovery to uncover business priorities, technical requirements, and high-value use cases then shape those into win-ready opportunities
Navigate complex financial institutions and procurement environments, building consensus across business, IT, security, risk, and vendor management
Run the full enterprise sales cycle from first outbound contact to negotiation and close
Partner with marketing, presales, and delivery leadership to develop winning strategies and proposals
Drive ecosystem partnerships to accelerate pipeline and increase win rates

Required

10+ years of enterprise sales success selling consulting services and/or solutions into banking and financial services
Proven ability to close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals in complex financial institutions
Strong track record of exceeding quota with disciplined pipeline creation and opportunity management
Expert at navigating bureaucracy, procurement, vendor onboarding, and compliance-driven buying cycles
Skilled at translating technical capabilities into business value (ROI, risk reduction, time-to-market, productivity, customer experience)
Strong executive presence and communication skills from analysts to C-suite
