Publishing

Responsibilities

Attend practices, games, and events to capture photo and video content
Shoot short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and action clips
Take high-quality photos of players, coaches, and sessions
Create social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories
Help brainstorm fun and engaging content ideas
Organize and submit media after each shoot day
Work with our team on simple content planning and posting schedules

Required

Loves creating photo and video content
Extroverted and comfortable interacting with players and coaches
Able to capture content using an iPhone or camera
Reliable and punctual for scheduled shoot days
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live sports environment
Interest in basketball (knowledge of the sport is a plus)

Preferred

Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)
Experience creating social media content
Sports photography or videography interest
Understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends
