Responsibilities
Establish Portfolio Governance and Drive Strategic Alignment (First 60 Days)
Lead Execution of High-Visibility Programs to On-Time, On-Budget Delivery (Through Contract Term)
Coordinate Agile Release Trains and Facilitate Effective PI Planning (By Second PI Cycle)
Facilitate Executive Reviews and Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making
Manage Cross-Functional Stakeholder Communication and Engagement
Lead Financial Management and Resource Planning Activities
Identify, Track, and Mitigate Program Risks and Issues
Ensure Adherence to SAFe Governance and Agile Delivery Standards
Support Change Management and Communication Planning
Continuously Evaluate and Integrate AI to Improve Performance
Qualification
Required
8–10 Years of experience in IT Project/Program Management
Experience managing complex programs from concept to delivery
Proficiency in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Ability to establish governance frameworks
Experience ensuring schedule, scope, and budget adherence
Strong communication skills to engage with senior leadership
Ability to manage risk and resolve execution roadblocks
Experience working across dynamic stakeholder groups
Ability to lead high-visibility programs to on-time, on-budget delivery
Experience coordinating Agile Release Trains and facilitating PI Planning
Ability to prepare and lead executive reviews with clear visuals and KPIs
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder communication and engagement
Ability to lead financial management and resource planning activities
Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating program risks and issues
Knowledge of SAFe governance and Agile delivery standards
Experience supporting change management and communication planning
Ability to evaluate and integrate AI to improve performance
