In this role, you will own end-to-end product design, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to ensure high craft standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Design simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and experiences
Translate broad, conceptual ideas into usable, scalable product solutions
Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from concept through launch
Contribute to strategic product decisions alongside product and executive partners
Rapidly prototype ideas to drive alignment and inform design reviews
Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers
Give and receive thoughtful design feedback to continuously raise the quality bar
Maintain a strong design perspective while advocating for user-first solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional product design experience
Expert proficiency in Figma with a portfolio demonstrating modern, high-craft design
Strong prototyping skills (any prototyping tools accepted)
Proven ability to produce a high volume of quality design work under tight timelines
Experience designing enterprise tools across web and mobile platforms
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design (UX + UI)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Portfolio URL featuring interaction design and shipped product work
Preferred
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
Background working on consumer-facing apps at scale
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk
