Provide executive-level leadership across multiple large-scale data center construction projects
Oversee project executives, project managers, and field leadership
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall construction experience
7+ years of data center construction experience
Proven success overseeing multiple projects or large, complex programs from preconstruction through commissioning
Strong background working for top-tier general contractors
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop project teams while managing client relationships
High level of financial, scheduling, and risk management expertise
Ability to travel as needed to support projects
Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills
