Senior Customer Service Representative
Joulé is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to focus on creating accurate, high-quality pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures. This role involves managing cases, reviewing CT scans, and developing surgical plans while ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Responsibilities
Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system
Review CT scans for compliance with established surgical imaging protocols
Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models
Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted total hip and knee replacements
Review segmentations and surgical plans for anatomical accuracy, implant sizing, and positioning
Upload completed pre-operative plans for use by field-based teams
Document all work activities according to defined procedures and quality standards
Follow work instructions precisely to ensure consistent and compliant output
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, or equivalent education (associate degree or higher)
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Materialise MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop
Certifications or hands-on experience in Radiology (CT, X-ray, MRI)
Nursing certification or related clinical background
Completion of college-level anatomy coursework
Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven environments requiring multitasking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach
