Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ERP systems with integration into AI-driven modules and workflows
Act as a subject matter expert for ERP and business systems within AI training and development environments
Create, refine, and test end-to-end AI prompts to support intelligent automation and decision-making
Translate real-world business workflows into scalable AI-enabled ERP solutions
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders across functions
Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices to enable knowledge transfer and training
Identify system gaps and proactively recommend enhancements to improve AI effectiveness
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting continuous learning and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong hands-on experience in ERP system development or business systems integration
Strong understanding of ERP architectures and business process workflows
Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and full-cycle prompt development for AI applications
Solid grasp of AI concepts as applied to ERP and enterprise systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to document complex technical processes clearly
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
