Responsibilities
Overseeing core accounting, reporting, and operational processes across private credit funds in a complex, institutional environment
Reviewing monthly NAVs and financial statements
Overseeing service providers
Ensuring accuracy and consistency across fund accounting, reporting, and controls
Working closely with internal teams across investments, operations, legal, and treasury
Providing reliable oversight and supporting the smooth launch and ongoing operation of private credit vehicles
Getting involved in new fund launches, structural changes, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in private credit fund accounting or fund control
Strong understanding of investment company accounting within a private credit context
Background in a hedge fund, private credit manager, or asset manager AND Big 4/Top 10 public accounting
Someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
