Responsibilities
Build a strong pipeline and generate business through strategic outreach to equip CEOs and their sales teams to sell more, hire better, and responsibly lead high-performing sales teams
Utilize your sales, sales leadership, business development, and relationship-building experience to help clients achieve their goals through dynamic coaching and training sessions
This is a work-from-home (WFH) position — you can provide all services remotely or in person based on client needs and expectations
This is a full-time Sales Consultant position — sell, consult, coach, and train clients on a schedule that fits your lifestyle
Sales Consultants will be most successful if you’ve demonstrated high-levels of performance in roles such as: VP of Sales, Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise Sales, Roles of equivalent responsibilities

Alongside our team of elite Sales Consultants, you’ll solve some of the greatest pains in business today — including attracting, screening, hiring, onboarding, and developing salespeople — leveraging our comprehensive training and coaching resources
It’s our responsibility to provide the resources, knowledge, and strategies so our Sales Consultants and clients can achieve compelling results
It’ll be your job to hunt, qualify and close new business while fulfilling our services by executing our proven processes
Topaz Sales Consultants are responsible for selling our industry-leading training products and services and coaching our client’s sales teams to drive growth and success
You will perform coaching and training to ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved while transforming how they interact with their customers using Topaz's proprietary offerings
In addition, you will be expected to uncover, qualify, and close new opportunities while building a referral network with strategic partners and potential leads
To ensure your success, you will routinely meet with and report progress to the company's President
Qualification
Required
10+ years of business experience
8+ years of productive C-Suite sales and sales leadership experience
Solid CRM knowledge
Technology savvy
Fierce hunting skills
Deep understanding of sales, sales hiring, and sales leadership challenges
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Small to medium-sized business understanding
Sales training or equivalent background
Recruiting experience
