Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
Assist with financial statements and management reports
Support the Controller with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and internal controls
Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Identify process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft 360
Prior experience supporting audits and month-end close
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadline
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
