Architect the long-term technology roadmap, focusing on sustainable chemistry and next-generation performance coatings
Oversee global Quality Control (QC) frameworks to ensure product consistency, durability, and strict adherence to international standards across all manufacturing sites
Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of scientists, driving projects from molecular design to commercial launch
Bridge the gap between the lab and the plant floor, optimizing formulations for both performance and manufacturing efficiency
Safeguard our competitive advantage through aggressive IP management and proactive compliance with evolving global environmental regulations
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
10+ years in the coatings or specialty chemicals sector, with a proven track record of bringing complex chemical products to market
Demonstrated experience implementing or overseeing advanced QC/QA protocols (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) in a chemical production environment
Experience managing technical teams and R&D budgets
