Responsibilities
Perform demolition activities, ensuring the safe removal of materials
Assist in commercial restoration projects involving fire, water, mold, and storm damage
Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, drills, and pry bars, safely and efficiently
Load, remove, and dispose of demolition debris in compliance with environmental regulations
Set up work areas with barriers, poly sheeting, and negative air equipment to contain projects
Assist in cleaning, drying, and preparing structures for repair and reconstruction
Adhere to all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies
Collaborate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Perform additional labor duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
