Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
Help business units complete 'Business Case' templates and gather initial cost estimates
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed
Track risks and issues and help ensure resolution in a timely manner
Maintain the 'Portfolio Playbook,' documenting workflows and standards for project management
Compile weekly and monthly portfolio status reports and create visualizations that highlight project health
Support financial tracking, including invoices and project budgets
Coordinate Portfolio Steering Committee meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or related roles
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
