Escrow Coordinator
LHH is a leading financial services firm, and they are seeking an Escrow Administrative Specialist to support a high-volume escrow team. The role involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support escrow operations, including document handling and ensuring compliance with closing requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support escrow operations
Open orders, input closing statement details, and prepare all required closing documents
Handle full disbursement processes and follow-up on escrow transactions
Interpret various agreements and ensure all documents meet closing requirements
Receive and manage incoming mail via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Stack, organize, and prepare closing packages and related documents
Ship packages to collateral warehouses, lenders, and borrowers
Complete tasking and data-entry activities in internal systems
Review and reconcile documents within closing packages for accuracy
Communicate requirements, updates, and key information to clients
Maintain professionalism and support increased volume during peak periods
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Clear and professional verbal/written communication skills
Ability to work 100% onsite and handle increased workloads
Positive service attitude and strong professionalism
Preferred
Experience with company and client operating systems
Flexibility to work overtime, especially during end‑of‑month peaks
