The role involves ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and within budget, while collaborating with both clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with team members and clients
Learn, implement, and help improve our project processes
Communicate with clients – understand what they need work with our team to make it happen
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including support/maintenance work for live projects
Plan next week’s tasks and next quarter’s availability for your production team
Collaborate with information architects, graphic designers, content writers, technical developers, and accessibility experts
Improve your practice through professional development, online or in-person learning sessions/conferences, and through collaboration with the Gravity Works Project Management team
Plan, update, and report on project timelines and statuses using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies depending on client’s needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and live communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in technical environments with remote team members and clients
Ability to plan own work as well as the work of their team
Familiarity with website content management systems
Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively with both design and technical teams
Adaptable learner
Preferred
Experience with project management tools
Familiarity with Drupal
