Responsibilities
Review and verify traveler documentation (PNs, revisions, quantities)
Inspect all materials for defects prior to use
Perform advanced cable prep: cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, multi‑conductor prep
Complete connector loading, soldering, heat‑shrink, labeling, and potting
Assemble wire harnesses using detailed assembly boards and drawings
Operate stripping machines and manual tools with high precision
Sign off on all traveler steps as processes are completed
Ensure all assemblies and materials are properly identified and protected
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
Report hazards or incidents immediately
Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to read/interpret detailed instructions, prints, and manufacturing documents
Advanced understanding of IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec workmanship standards
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and consistency
Preferred
Preferred certifications: IPC‑620, IPC‑610, J‑STD‑001
