Responsibilities
Assist with creating applicable program documentation for Test and Evaluation (T&E) management-relevant requirements required to award weapon system-related contracts to include evaluation of contractor proposals, and post-award documentation actions
Perform research activities to define minimum test requirements, definition of task scope, and selection of alternatives
Prepare, maintain, update, and review the full range of test plans and test-related documentation
Assist in the determination and definition of aircraft configuration requirements
Provide data collection assistance and evaluate the data sufficiency
Review, analyze, and identify potential updates to TCTOs, drawings, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), and other applicable technical data
Qualification
Required
High School with twenty (20) years of relevant experience and eight (8) years of DoD experience
Bachelor's Degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience
Master's degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire
Must be able to travel, including air travel
