Responsibilities

Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support complex network systems
Support wired and wireless networks, including upgrades and optimization
Manage Network Access Control systems and policies
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity
Create and maintain network documentation and standards
Work with vendors for hardware/software evaluation and procurement
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Participate in on-call rotation and planned maintenance activities

Required

5+ years of experience in network engineering, support, or operations
Strong experience with LAN / MAN / WAN network design and implementation
In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and TCP/IP
Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
Experience leading network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently on complex network projects
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Cisco Wireless technologies
Cisco ISE (Network Access Control)
Cisco DNA / DNAC
Firewall and security appliance experience
CCNA or higher Cisco certification
