Responsibilities
Participate in RFP responses, including developing presentations and supporting client pitches
Ensure effective communication within the internal team
Maintain timely communication with trade partners and design teams
Manage document control and reporting to the client
Prepare accurate budgets and bids, review scopes, and level trade partner proposals
Manage project cost controls including labor, billing, and change orders
Reduce risk by ensuring accurate subcontract execution with prequalified partners
Obtain and manage insurance documentation
Coordinate closely with field leadership and conduct regular site visits
Manage execution of large tilt-wall and core/shell projects including data centers and distribution facilities
Ensure efficient project closeout and financial wrap-up
Support forecasting, receivables tracking, and client retention
Participate in business development and client relationship management
Utilize company systems and technology for high-performance execution
Mentor junior staff and support talent development
Serve as a professional role model to project team members
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple commercial/industrial projects simultaneously
Strong conflict resolution skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with sophisticated industrial clients
Strong estimating and budgeting skills
Ability to prepare lump-sum bid responses
Budget management and financial tracking expertise
Strong drawing review capabilities
Experience managing tilt-wall and core/shell construction projects
Experience supporting large-scale ground-up builds
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
Proven experience in tilt-wall and core/shell commercial/industrial projects
Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor required
Proven success across estimating, documentation, owner/architect relations, cost monitoring, and closeout
Strong computer proficiency
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred (equivalent experience considered)
Experience managing data center or large distribution projects preferred
