Responsibilities
Total responsibility for onsite execution—schedule, sequencing, manpower, and production
Leadership of self-performed trades, subcontractors, and labor crews
Strict enforcement of ICD-705, TEMPEST, and project-specific security protocols
Daily site walks, inspections, and planning to stay ahead of issues before they impact schedule
Tight coordination with Project Managers to align field execution with budget and scope
Site logistics, material flow, and manpower loading across complex, active facilities
Safety leadership where OSHA is the baseline—not the goal
Clear, accurate documentation using Procore or similar field platforms
Professional interaction with inspectors, government stakeholders, and secure-site personnel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, ideally on SCIF, secure, or mission-critical projects
Proven success leading self-performed trades in addition to subcontractors
Strong command of construction means & methods in hardened, high-security environments
Ability to run complex schedules and keep multiple trades aligned under pressure
Deep understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and field coordination
U.S. Citizenship required
Proficiency with Procore or comparable field management tools
Calm, disciplined leadership style—especially when the stakes are high
Preferred
Active Top Secret preferred (or eligible)
Active Top Secret clearance strongly preferred (or clearable)
