Responsibilities

Install electrical systems for large commercial retail construction projects
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications
Machine bend 4-inch conduit with accuracy
Hand bend 1-inch conduit (offsets, saddles, kicks)
Lay out and install EMT, rigid, and other conduit systems
Nest conduit to ensure clean, professional installations
Pull wire and install panels, fixtures, devices, and related components
Ensure compliance with NEC , local codes, and project requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all jobsite safety rules and company standards

Required

Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical construction experience
Experience on warehouses, big-box retail, healthcare, hospital, or industrial projects
Proficient in both machine and hand conduit bending
Ability to work independently on daily assigned tasks
Comfortable working at heights
Willingness to travel throughout New York
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred

3–5 years of commercial construction electrical experience
Demonstrated experience machine bending 4-inch conduit
Strong hand-bending skills up to 1-inch conduit
Experience nesting conduit in commercial installations
Retail build-out or tenant fit‑out experience
Ability to coordinate with other trades on active jobsites
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Trade school training or electrician license (preferred, not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical jobsite tasks
