Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace email administration, configuration, and optimization
Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations (M365 ↔ M365, Google ↔ M365)
Manage and configure Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including:
Identity lifecycle management
SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
Hybrid identity (AD Connect)
Design and support Azure infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS where applicable)
Migrate mailboxes, domains, users, groups, and shared resources with minimal downtime
Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and email delivery issues
Implement security best practices for email and identity platforms
Collaborate with security, networking, and end-user support teams
Create migration runbooks, documentation, and post-migration validation plans

Qualification

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)
Experience administering Google Workspace (Gmail)
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proven experience with tenant migrations and domain cutovers
Azure fundamentals (VMs, networking, identity, monitoring)
Email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail flow rules)
PowerShell scripting for M365 and Entra ID automation
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

Hybrid Exchange or on-prem AD experience
Third-party migration tools (BitTitan, Quest, etc.)
Security or cloud certifications (Microsoft, Google, Azure)
Experience supporting enterprise or multi-tenant environments
