Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead electrical hardware design for complex analog, digital, and power systems, from schematic capture to PCB layout, prototyping, troubleshooting, and debugging—contributing directly to disruptive products that lead the market
Own full-cycle projects end-to-end: estimate effort, evaluate technologies, collaborate with partners and vendors, and drive strategic features to rapid release
Provide technical leadership on projects, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies as needed, with a focus on thoughtful design and excellence in high-impact areas
Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and more to validate designs and ensure automotive/marine-grade reliability
Innovate on IoT-enabled systems, ARM-based processors (NXP/STM), Wi-Fi/BLE integration, and consumer-facing products that set new benchmarks for intelligent vehicle operation

Required

4+ years of hands-on experience designing complex schematics and PCBs (multi-layer, high-speed, power distribution)
Deep expertise in one or more areas: analog/digital circuits, RF, DSP, or DC power systems
Self-motivated problem-solver with high attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a drive to deliver disruptive, market-leading solutions using the best tools and methods—one who thrives on broad ownership rather than siloed tasks
Proficiency in Altium Designer strongly preferred; experience with ARM processors, CAN bus, BLE, small displays, BSP development, or IoT is a big plus
