Responsibilities

Support and execute new investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis
Lead or support key diligence workstreams, working with management teams and external advisors
Prepare investment committee materials, deal theses, and downside / sensitivity analyses
Assist with portfolio company monitoring, strategic initiatives, and add-on acquisitions
Partner with senior team members on pipeline development, sector work, and transaction evaluation

Required

2–4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking (M&A or LevFin) or private equity
Strong financial modeling and analytical foundation
Exposure to buyout transactions and live deal execution
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented deal environments
3–6+ years of experience in private equity or top-tier investment banking with significant buyout exposure
Demonstrated ability to independently build and review LBO and operating models
Experience leading diligence workstreams and managing transaction processes
Strong commercial judgment and communication skills
Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution; MBA not required
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and sound investment judgment
