Revenue Manager
Better Talent is a vacation rental consulting company dedicated to helping clients grow revenue and streamline processes. The Revenue Manager will analyze and implement pricing strategies for vacation rental properties, ensuring competitiveness in various markets.

Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies tailored to each property, market, and season
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to monitor competition, demand trends, and pricing shifts
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze booking patterns, revenue performance, and occupancy rates to identify areas for improvement
Forecasting: Create and update revenue forecasts to support decision-making for clients
Client Reporting: Prepare detailed revenue reports for clients, highlighting successes, trends, and actionable recommendations
Technology Management: Utilize a variety of property management systems (PMS), dynamic pricing tools, data collection & analysis tools, and channel management platforms to optimize revenue & occupancy
Collaboration: Work closely with clients & other team members to align revenue goals with operational strategies
Promotional Insights: Recommend discounting, promotional offers, and other tactics to improve occupancy during low-demand periods
Qualification
Required
2 years previous experience in the vacation rental management industry / hospitality required
Experience with dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or Wheelhouse
Ability to forecast demand, pricing strategies, and revenue outcomes effectively
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Key Data
Knowledge of vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain data insights and strategies to stakeholders, including property owners
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
