Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Enter and manage customer orders accurately
Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as needed
Provide product and order information
Assist with basic issue resolution and return requests
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior customer service experience preferred (manufacturing or distribution a plus)
Preferred
Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams experience is helpful, but not required
