Recruiting
Responsibilities
Review and verify traveler documentation (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
Inspect materials for defects or damage
Cut, strip, and prep cables
Load connectors, apply labels, and complete heat shrink tasks
Assemble wire harnesses using assembly boards
Follow detailed written/verbal instructions
Complete and sign off work orders
Package materials and maintain accurate identification
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with hand tools and measuring equipment
Experience using stripping/crimping machines
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Good vision and hearing
Preferred
Wire harness assembly, wiring, labeling
Soldering, blueprint reading
IPC‑620 familiarity
Electronics, aerospace, or aviation experience
Mechanical assembly and schematic interpretation
