Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in software development or related IT roles

Hands-on experience with any of the following (or similar): Java / Python / JavaScript / C#, React / Angular / Vue, Node.js / Spring Boot / Django, SQL / NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Git and basic development workflows
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
