Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close
Close net-new ARR with healthcare and senior living organizations
Prospect into new and existing accounts
Sell both SMB and multi-site enterprise deals
Partner closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy

Qualification

B2B SaaS sales experienceClosing $15k–$100k+ ARR dealsSelling into senior livingProspecting new accountsCompetitiveComfortable in early-stage environmentsSelf-driven

Required

5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven success selling into senior living
Experience closing $15k–$100k+ ARR deals
Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable in early-stage environments

Preferred

Fully remote (CST or EST preferred)
