Responsibilities
Support the Senior Sales Director in the purchase and sale of aircraft
Conduct market research and assist with aircraft valuations
Participate in outbound marketing efforts, including cold calling, to identify and engage prospective buyers and sellers
Assist with lead generation and initial client qualification
Help manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
Coordinate deal activity, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain organized records and contribute to internal sales processes
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
Comfort with cold calling and outbound marketing
Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Interest in or knowledge of the aviation industry
Former student-athlete experience strongly preferred
