Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain XML schemas, WSDLs, and related web services
Collaborate with multiple integration teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for service delivery
Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure and service integrations
Manage change requests and document processes using ServiceNow or similar change management tools
Monitor and support network messaging systems and data transmission protocols
Provide infrastructure support including server, storage, and network components
Perform basic database and SQL query troubleshooting as needed
Ensure documentation is current and aligned with best practices and compliance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and integration processes
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with XML, including schemas and WSDL
Proven ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and resolve complex technical problems
Strong communication skills with experience interacting with multiple internal and external teams
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management and documentation tools
Good understanding of networking concepts, messaging systems, and data transmission
Demonstrated experience supporting infrastructure in a complex environment
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for querying and troubleshooting
Relevant certifications in networking, infrastructure, or related fields are a plus
Preferred
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
