Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of diverse technology initiatives and guide a team of developers specializing in microservices and full‑stack systems
Mentor engineers while staying ahead of emerging technology trends, experimenting with new tools, and contributing to tech communities
Partner with product managers to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions that enhance digital experiences and empower millions of users
Apply expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, and Scala, alongside relational and NoSQL databases
Work with container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, and leverage a wide range of AWS services
Occasionally contribute directly to coding or code reviews to ensure technical excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
7+ years of experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js)
2+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
4+ years of experience working with open‑source frameworks
1+ year of experience in people management
2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies
