Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, evolving I/S and technical roles, consistently delivering high-quality hiring outcomes
Operate as a consultative Talent Advisor to I/S Operations leaders, leveraging data, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategy and decisions
Proactively source and engage top technical talent using creative, multi-channel, and AI-enabled sourcing methods to build diverse, high-impact pipelines
Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, using analytics and dashboards to optimize workflow and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience
Champion our culture and values by promoting a thoughtful, inclusive, and consistently positive end-to-end candidate experience

Required

7+ years of technical recruiting experience hiring for high-complexity roles
Demonstrated Talent Advisory capability—using data, trends, and insights to guide hiring
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement
Commitment to curiosity, courageous listening, diversity of thought, and inclusion
Ability to work remotely within the United States or Puerto Rico with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and technical sourcing platforms
Experience with technical assessments (HackerRank preferred)
