The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining cross-cloud integrations that connect AI platforms with AWS-hosted applications to support business-critical workflows.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement integrations between cloud-based AI services and enterprise applications hosted on AWS
Embed AI-driven OCR, document classification, and data extraction capabilities into production workflows
Support both real-time processing requirements and high-volume batch operations
Ensure all integrations meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve integration performance

Required

Demonstrated production experience integrating pre-trained AI/ML services (not just building models in isolation)
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and at least one other major cloud platform (GCP preferred)
Familiarity with Document AI, intelligent document processing, or similar AI services
Experience designing systems that handle both real-time and batch workloads at scale
Solid understanding of API design, event-driven architectures, and secure data handling
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment

Preferred

Experience applying AI outputs to automated verification, eligibility decisioning, or similar business logic
Background in regulated industries where accuracy and auditability are paramount
