Responsibilities
Migrate existing pipelines and deal stages into Salesforce
Design a clean, scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud setup aligned to Scowtt's GTM motion
Configure core objects: Accounts, Contacts, leads, Opportunities, Stages All Sales engagements linked emails, calls etc
Build executive-friendly dashboards for CRO visibility (pipeline, revenue, stages) Train teams on day-to-day Salesforce usage
Document workflows and hand off ownership to an internal team member
Qualification
Required
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
Strong RevOps / sales process background
Experience setting up Salesforce for startups or Series A/8 companies
Able to move fast, simplify, and prioritize usability over complexity
