Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data architecture aligned with business goals
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Apache Airflow
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across all pipelines
Support data democratization by making data accessible to analysts and business teams
Collaborate with Product, BI, Predictive Analytics, and Engineering teams
Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Support customer onboarding and participate in on-call rotations
Optimize pipelines for high-volume healthcare data
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of experience in data engineering
Strong experience with Snowflake & dbt
Expertise with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
Experience working in AWS (EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM)
Strong knowledge of Spark (Scala & Python)
Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Codeship, etc.)
Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kafka
Proven ability to build enterprise-scale data platforms
Preferred
Healthcare, insurance, or social determinants of health (SDoH) data experience
Claims and eligibility data processing
Experience with R
Experience with Tableau, Looker, or BI tools
Experience with Matillion
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Codex, Amazon Q, Cursor)
