Lead and litigate complex PAGA and class action cases on the plaintiff's side
Handle employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage theft, and retaliation
Draft motions, conduct discovery, depositions, and trial strategy with partner oversight
Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a supportive team of trial experts
Advise clients and drive settlements or verdicts in high-stakes matters
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in PAGA and class action litigation
Exceptional legal writing and research skills
Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Demonstrate strong organizational skills
