Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project operations
Assist with schedules, budgets, procurement tracking, and documentation
Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisions
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and field staff
Participate in OAC meetings and help prepare meeting minutes
Support estimating efforts and project buyout
Help drive projects from kickoff through closeout

Required

1–3 years of commercial construction experience (internships count!)
Strong communication and organization skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset

Preferred

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
