Responsibilities
Partner with Agile teams to design, build, test, and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions
Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in machine learning, microservices, and distributed systems
Apply expertise in programming languages (Java, Scala, Python) and databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) while leveraging cloud data platforms such as Redshift and Snowflake
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, experiment with new tools, and actively contribute to tech communities
Collaborate with product managers to deliver secure, cloud‑native solutions that empower millions of users
Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of professional application development experience
2+ years of experience with big data technologies
1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
4+ years of experience managing engineering teams
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
9+ years of experience in application development (Python, SQL, Scala, or Java)
4+ years of experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
5+ years of experience with distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, EMR, MySQL)
4+ years of experience with real‑time data and streaming applications
4+ years of experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
4+ years of experience in data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake)
Strong background in UNIX/Linux systems and shell scripting
2+ years of experience applying Agile engineering practices
6+ years of proven leadership in people management
