Responsibilities
Administer and support the organization’s leave of absence and attendance systems
Configure state, municipal, and company leave policies within the system
Manage lost‑time and attendance data for all employee groups
Partner with HR and Technology teams to resolve system issues and enhance HR processes
Ensure system accuracy, compliance, testing, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Administer and support the organization's leave of absence and attendance systems

Ensure system accuracy, compliance, testing, and documentation
Preferred
Hands‑on experience building visual workflows and process automations
Exposure to tools such as Power Automate, Nintex, Make (Integromat), Workato, Pega, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar platforms
Ability to design branching logic, conditional workflows, approvals, and process exceptions
Experience translating business requirements into system configurations
Familiarity with admin UI/drag‑and‑drop workflow design tools
Experience with data workflow platforms such as Spark ETL, SSIS, or Alteryx
Experience administering or configuring SaaS applications
Background in application support, platform configuration, or internal tools administration
Understanding of change management, integrations, and troubleshooting
Experience with HR processes, especially attendance and leave/absence administration
