Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email and live chat; diagnose and resolve order, billing, returns, and account issues with empathy and urgency
Document every interaction and update case records in the CRM/helpdesk system to ensure clear ownership and auditability
Escalate complex technical or policy issues to specialized teams and follow through until resolution
Meet or exceed service KPIs (CSAT, First Response Time, Average Handle Time, SLA adherence) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain and improve the knowledge base: propose new help articles, update FAQs, and share recurring customer insights with product and operations teams
Support cross-functional projects (process changes, product launches, promotions) by providing frontline perspective and testing support flows

Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace for voice and video calls
