Responsibilities

Delivers enthusiastic, confident, and guest-obsessed service while living the Merlin Values every day

Operates rides safely and smoothly, assisting guests on/off while keeping Health & Safety #1

Performs daily ride checks, enforces height/restrictions, and reports any safety concerns

Thrives in fast-paced, noisy environments with sharp focus and excellent teamwork

Communicates clearly with guests and operators — from queue lines to PA announcements and evacuations

Keeps attraction areas clean, guest-ready, and follows opening/closing & breakdown procedures like a pro

Required

18+ with preferred experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer-facing roles

Fun, friendly, and dynamic personality with top-tier communication & listening skills

Brings high energy and great service—even during repetitive tasks
