HR Business Partner
Largeton Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to corporate leaders. This role involves advising on workforce planning, managing employee relations issues, and developing talent strategies to enhance team culture and engagement.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR business partner to corporate leaders, advising on organizational needs, workforce planning, and people strategies
Lead talent reviews and succession planning, coaching managers on goal setting and employee development
Collaborate with leadership and compensation teams to manage annual compensation planning, salary reviews, and equity adjustments
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and values
Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, including misconduct and policy violations
Coach leaders on performance management, behavioral issues, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
Develop and implement proactive plans to strengthen team culture, engagement, and retention
Partner with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with corporate programs and regulatory requirements

Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term talent strategies
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of HR experience
Experience in talent management
Experience in employee relations
Experience in compensation planning
Experience in performance management
Experience in change management
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred
3 years in a corporate environment preferred
Experience supporting global teams preferred
