Responsibilities
Program CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) using CAM software and/or G-code
Collaborate with engineering and machining teams to optimize tooling, setups, and cycle times
Support new product launches and process improvements
Troubleshoot machining issues related to programs, tooling, and fixturing
Maintain accurate documentation for programs and machining processes
Assist with continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with CNC mills and/or lathes (multi-axis experience a plus)
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and machining best practices
Hands-on shop floor experience and the ability to support machinists
Preferred
Experience machining aluminum and other metals preferred
