Mig Welder
Aerotek is a staffing agency that connects skilled trades workers with various employers. They are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components using MIG welding equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Identify and report material defects or equipment issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience
Proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Solid attention to detail and craftsmanship
