Responsibilities
Develop and maintain demand forecasts, master data, and product lifecycle planning
Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias through root cause analysis
Lead cross-functional alignment in Monthly Business Planning and Weekly Business Reviews
Analyze sales, POS, and market data to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
Provide systematic reporting and insights to leadership
Partner with supply teams on product discontinuations and reformulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3–5 years' experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or Finance
Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical forecasting, preferably in CPG, DTC, or ecommerce
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement process/system improvements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexible, adaptable, and innovative in fast-paced environments
