Farming
Responsibilities
Identify, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on a variety of pool systems and equipment to maintain operational excellence and ensure long-lasting functionality
Perform on-site leak detection for pools, spas, and water features
Conduct pressure testing of plumbing lines and circulation systems
Use electronic listening devices, dye testing, and other diagnostic tools
Inspect pool structures, fittings, skimmers, drains, and return lines
Identify causes of water loss and recommend repair solutions
Prepare detailed service reports, photos, and documentation for customers
Communicate findings clearly to homeowners, property managers, and service teams
Maintain equipment, tools, and service vehicle inventory
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures while working in the field
Provide clear, detailed, and high-quality repair quotes focused on making pools run efficiently, adhering to current safety standards, and utilizing reputable products with solid warranties
Communicate with customers ahead of your arrival to confirm the appointment, share your expected arrival time, and address any preliminary questions
Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and recommended solutions clearly and professionally
Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction, address any additional concerns, and provide quotes for further potential work that could improve their pool systems
Actively participate in team communication via Slack to ensure seamless collaboration
Deliver exceptional service and attention to detail to ensure repairs meet or exceed customer expectations, fostering long-term satisfaction
Represent the company professionally by maintaining a customer-first mindset, effectively addressing any service-related concerns, and providing solutions that align with our quality standards
Work closely with the service team to support daily operations, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused work environment
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in pool service and repairs is required
Knowledge of pool circulation systems and underground plumbing
Ability to operate electronic leak detection equipment (training may be provided)
Valid driver's license
Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
A great team-player attitude with the flexibility to wear multiple hats
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Desire to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team
Preferred
Experience in pool service, plumbing, or leak detection
Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
