Project Manager
Recruitment Design is partnering with a rapidly growing national MSP to hire an experienced Project Manager for their expanding PMO team. The role requires a hybrid skill set in client-facing work and backend project management, managing 20-30 concurrent projects, and leading client meetings.

Responsibilities
Managing 20-30 concurrent projects including firewall deployments, network builds, M365 migrations, and client onboardings
Running internal and external kickoff meetings
Building and maintaining projects in HaloPSA
Leading weekly client cadence calls with professional milestone presentations
Acting as the escalation point for project issues and advocating for clients during technical changes
Qualification
Required
MSP Experience Required
3-5 years in project management, ideally within an MSP, VAR, or IT services environment
Technical fluency—you understand M365 migrations, SharePoint, and the common pitfalls in IT service delivery
Strong presentation skills and the confidence to handle challenging client conversations
Preferred
PMP or CAPM preferred, not required
Help desk or technical background is a plus
HaloPSA experience is a bonus
